The sunlit interior offers plenty of space for everyone, with three sitting rooms, two kitchens (one newly updated), multiple dining areas, and a dedicated desk area for remote work. This property includes both a main house and a cottage, accessible through the courtyard or front entrances.
LOCATION: Just a short stroll to the beach, this home provides easy access to Rehoboth's sun, sand, and surf. You'll also be near local shops, cafes, and restaurants—perfect for enjoying all the charm the area has to offer. Whether you're relaxing by the water, exploring town, or unwinding at home, this beach retreat offers it all.
PARKING: Off-street parking for one vehicle.
