Health Hazard

Damp & mould, in bedroom & bathroom, electric socket unsafe. Room shabby. Should never have been rented out as was a health hazard. Booked 4 nights but checked out after 3 but they would not refund last night only offered to move rooms. Just wanted to get out of there.

You cant polish a turd!

An absolute diabolical disgrace! You gave me the wrong room code, so not only did I set the alarm off on room 14 door while trying to gain entry but when I returned to the front desk and the guy gave me the code I walked in on a guy fast asleep! Can you imagine the problems if he had woke? Already an hour late landing at Gatwick, with work at 9am in portsmouth this was the last thing I needed. Oh and i get woken up this morning to a neighbour coughing a lung up and groaning in his bathroom, go to make a coffee as all the stuff is there only to find no kettle!! Bloody terrible!

When I arrived there was a very loud wedding party in full swing which stopped some time after midnight. This may be unusual. Also no plug for the basin in my room. But the room and bed were clean and fine for the money. Reception staff were pleasant. Plenty of parking.

Beds small and not comfortable, not enough pillows and when asked at reception we’re told the hotel is fully booked and there are no more pillows available. Not helpful! One pillow for each person is not good for me so I didn’t sleep well. Loaded skips out the front so not attractive view. Room balconies seperate by a fence panel. Location good, close to Reigate town for restaurants. Car park good size. You have to put reg in for free parking or you get a £100 fine which I don’t understand… the hotel isn’t in the middle of a town so this seems stupid. Old hotel, needs an update and fresh carpet or a deep clean.

I have decided to drop my rating based on the fact that it was convenient albeit dated and I was happy to leave at that but actually since my checkout and now being abroad I have received two bookings in my name since with 0 reply to my messages stating that I didn't make these bookings. Bet I will be dealing with the stress of no show bills when I return to the UK now. Avoid.

This property is very lovely location, it is quite far away from airport but not difficult to reach to hotel. Front desk staff are really doing great job Specially Kumudu assist us lot as well she did really good support to us. We enjoyed staying with this hotel during our holiday

Customer service was very good.

Hey, I just want to inform you about the room and bathroom. I don’t have any issues with the room; it’s clean, tidy, and nice. However, in the bathroom, the water pressure from the sink tap is very low, and the shower tap is broken, so the showerhead cannot stand up properly. The water pressure in the shower is also very low, which means I couldn’t have a proper shower. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same problem. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Very poor standard. Not been cleaned before me, someone’s single sock on the floor in the wardrobe, had to wait a good 5 minutes for the shower to warm up, hair in the sink, bed was springy and spongy. Would not recommend and certainly won’t be staying again.

Staff were polite and welcoming. Room was as expected. Little to no hot water first night but second night was fine. Rooms were pretty sound proof as we could hear the weeding that was happening in the hall a few doors down.

Access to the room from the car park was difficult with large suitcases. The property has numerous sets of stairs, with no lift or assistance from staff with luggage. We tried to order food, the menu was in Romanian, staff were unable to translate. We ordered food from Uber eats and were told that we couldn't borrow a fork. The property appeared dated and need of minor repair.

Review

I would like a refund please . The room smelt of damp and mould - you can see mould on several areas of walls and skirting bored . The constant noise was relentless all night , doors banging very loud . We only managed to get 1 hours sleep all night ! Also full of cobwebs in all corners of room. Please refund

We weren't expecting much from previous reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable although dated and in need of some TLC it was perfect for a few hours sleep before our early gatwick flight

When we arrived there was no one at the desk had to wait 15mins for the receptionist to come to the desk. Once got to our room put bags in. We headed to the bar but there was no beer on taps and very limited beer they had in the fridge. The guy who served us didnt understand any English so was very difficult to understand each other. The building could do with a lot of work to do it.

Below budget hotel, single room which could have had a good hoover and the shower cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it was more of a sprinkle than a shower, not what you look forward to after a long day. The décor and maintenance is if an 80's style with a lamrenth of corridors to find your room.

I required a hotel near to Cheam & this was located well The reviews didn't seem very good but I had a single room which was clean, comfortable & had everything I needed The bathroom was clean & the shower was very good. The staff were really helpful & when I requested an iron to go with the board, it was supplied. I would re-book for any further short stays for convenience & price.
