The apartment features one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a record player, Bluetooth speaker, washer-dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen for you. The living room, open to the outside, is perfect for feeling at home. You’ll find all the comfort needed to enjoy good moments. The living room is equipped with a TV with access to 150 channels, Bluetooth speakers, a record player, books, some board games, two seats, coffee tables, and storage. With its large bay window, you’ll have direct access to the private garden and the covered terrace facing west, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunbathing in the afternoon and evening. The sleeping area, separated from the living room by a sliding glass door with a curtain, is designed to be comfortable and pleasant. You’ll find a French-made and even Breton bed (Delaveine bedding), a wardrobe with hanging space, 2 wall lamps, and a small folding desk. Upon request, a travel cot can be provided. A high chair can be provided upon request. The bathroom consists of a bathtub with a shower column, a vanity unit, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel will be provided. The 25 m² garden with a terrace has everything needed to enjoy the outdoors (armchairs, sun loungers, coffee table, parasol). A covered terrace of 5 m² offers a second space for dining.
