The rooms were clean and comfortable. The patios were nice to sit out on. The kitchen was wonderful with great amenities. The parking situation is just slightly difficult, but was made more so during our stay due to construction right outside. But other than that, the place itself is accessible and was perfect for our stay.

The penthouse was very nice. The views are beautiful. Parking was a thought process, but we ended up parking on Court St and just fed the meter if were there between 9-5. It was free during the night. It does say there are three bedrooms, but one of them doesn't have 1 wall, just a curtain for privacy. We made it work. The main bathroom is separated, with the toilet in its own room with the sink, and the bathtub/shower in a separate room with the washer and dryer. There is a 5" step up into the area for the washer and dryer and bathtub. There was a fire in the building the day before, and the whole suite smelled like smoke for our whole trip. Permiated our clothing and gave us headaches. We were busy with a project that brought us to town and didn't have 2000 to loose or more to spend on a couple casino rooms, so stayed. Tried to reach out to Evolve or IMDB, but have not heard back. The on site host is fantastic.

Great location

Enjoyed a mother & daughters trip to Reno's "Dancing in the Street" festival. This penthouse was the perfect location and was very comfortable for the 5 of us. We could walk everywhere and the view from the penthouse was beautiful along with all the amenities we needed! Great place to stay!

Kitchen could have been stocked a little better if you like to cook. Amazing views. Tons of space. Bedroom in the middle doesnt have tons of privacy (if you were planning on three couples) but worked great for us as we just put the kids in there. Nice place.

Everything was awesome except the parking

We loved this place, it's location, view, amenities, kitchen, etc. Only one issue, and it was known and identified ahead of time, the parking. Finding a place close by was difficult, and at some times, impossible. There was a map of parking places to use, which was helpful but still, these places were either not available or too far away to be convenient. Other than that, we love this place and would recommend it heartily with the parking caveat.

Fantastic penthouse in a convenient central location

We came for a family wedding. My husband and I my niece and her young son. This is a really beautiful condo and so spacious! Comfortable king size bed in the master suite with unbelievable views we all enjoyed looking at the views in the Truckee river. Had some nice walks along the Truckee river, very close to excellent restaurants, within walking distance to the automobile, museum, and much more! I Brandon was very good to deal with. We requested a toaster oven and he brought it over the same day!

Anniversary Stay

Check in and out was easy and owner had detailed directions for the PH. The layout was perfect and the views were good. Unfortunately a mass wildfire caused major smoke that covered much reno and mountains during my stay. But what we could see their was nice views at night. I would stay again… when the quality of air isn’t in the 300’s. But it was great place anyhow. Parking is very tight as owner described but worth it so the car is safe. I did see homeless camps on the riverwalk in the park looking outside from living room windows. That said it was clean, safe, beautiful, quiet, and private.

I'll blame it on my karma

I will begin by saying I am almost used to things going wrong with any travel plans I make. Cancelled flights, wrong reservations, and underwhelming customer service seem to be part of my ongoing travel itinerary. As expected, what could go wrong did go wrong on this trip. The AC was out for most of the penthouse upon arrival and during one of the hottest weeks in Reno this year. We also discovered a few new species of insects and a couple of locations where the cleaning crew could have done a much better job prior to our arrival. In short, our week's stay involved having repairmen and the owners visit us pretty much on a daily basis to take care of these issues. I am however going to be clear here that the owners were great about responding to the issues. Always got back to us (well except once) and they seemed genuinely concerned about fixing things. I probably would recommend this place in the future, because it is a beautiful apartment and a good location. I would however make the following recommendations. Make sure the AC is working before the guests show up, double check that the place is clean, and also check to see if there is a planned outdoor concert next door for your planned stay. Seems to be OK soundproofing but we were somewhat startled when the bands started to play, at night and for many hours. Nice apartment and owners, just bad karma for my stay.
