One of the rooms had bath tub not draining water during a shower. Took a day to transfer. Room service dumped toiletries in a bag. Heard one more customer complaining about his bathroom issues. IMPORTANTLY, this hotel doesn’t care about Expedia guests because we cannot cancel prepaid rooms. THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN

There’s a reason why it’s cheap

The Ramada brand has deteriorated so much, especially with the one here in Reno. The furniture & walls are filthy & have stains. The bathroom smells bad. The decor needs a refresh. The AC was noisy. Now I know why it was so cheap. Be warned.

The staff was excellent. The area around the hotel was a little run down. Seemed pretty safe, with the security, although there are a lot of odd people around. All in all I had a pleasant stay.

I was not given the room i paid for. Felt like i got bait and switch. Front desk no help. Told to call hotel.com. i did that and then the front desk wouldnt answer their calls. Once answered, the rep said i did upgrade rooms but was told i needed to pay your hotel an additional $60 dmto upgrade. Not the way to do business. Word of mouth travels fast in tge trades world. I will not be using a wyndhamm or Ramada again.

Don't believe what they offer

Even if you book a king-sized bed through Hotels.com, there's no guarantee that this hotel will have it ready by check in at 3pm, though they'll be happy to make you wait for it or offer you a smaller bed without a refund or discount.

Definitely not family friendly. Lots of "extra curricular illegal" activities around the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pictures do not accurately describe the hotel. The pool is nonexistent. If you are looking for a family friendly location to stay, I would greatly advise another location.
