The staff in the Casino were very rude! Room was dirty, and did not feel comfortable there. The only part that was good is the Diner. The food was good and the workers were nice.

Employee and staff are very professional and helpful. As far as the property, the beds are hard, the pillows are very small, water pressure is very low, extremely outdated and it is located in a very unsafe, shady area.

Had group in parking lot playing music at night and called front desk to have them investigate nothing happened..went on another four hours past 10pm

The property is infested with homeless people and drug addicts. I cancelled my second night and was told I would get a refund. No refund was received and when I call to inquire about the refund, my calls just go to an automated message and no one calls me back. I would rather sleep in my car than ever stay in a Ramada again.
