For those wishing to maintain their wellness routine, a selection of portable fitness equipment—including yoga mats, free weights, an exercise ball, and resistance bands—is readily available. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Spanning an impressive 180m² of thoughtfully crafted interior space, the villa comprises five bespoke bedrooms—each complete with a private en-suite bathroom—alongside an expansive living and lounge area and a fully equipped, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, the villa also offers flexible sleeping arrangements for four additional guests via extra beds in two of the bedrooms. Two more guests can be comfortably hosted on the elegant sofas in the living area, allowing for a total capacity of up to 14 guests in absolute comfort.
