Beautiful, classic and comfortable 120 square meters apartment, on top floor, with wide open sea view, only two minutes walk from the beach, located in the new Rethymno town. Old town is 10 minutes walk. Ideal location for long walks, jogging or biking by the 12 km sandy beach! The apartment is fully equipped while all furniture are handmade embraced with luxury.
There are 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with three single beds), 1 newly refurbished bathroom and a WC, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a working space and a piano. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, boiler, toaster, espresso/cappuccino and a filter coffee maker. The corner balcony has a wonderful sea view where you can enjoy the sunset! Other amenities include: washing machine, flat screen TV’s, wireless internet, hairdryer and air conditioning.
