Introducing Manto Villa III
Relish lazy mornings entwined between the sheets, gather at the cozy sofa’s gazing out to the shimmering pool & fall asleep to the sound of the summer breeze. Set in Prines Village, this is the a holiday home for friends, families & loved ones with a difference. With home-from-home comforts, the villa combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its five available bedrooms. The Villa offers sublime design, at its bedrooms & bathrooms, an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are wonderful also, featuring a 50m2 Private Eco Infinity Pool 1,50sqm depth (that can be heated with an additional fee), a 5m2 children’s pool (0,20sqm depth, an outdoor 6 seater spa whirlpool, a fire pit and a covered dining area, with BBQ (Gas) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for family gatherings. Perched just a 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach in Prines & featuring five bedrooms & six bathrooms, a Living Room with Kitchen area at the ground floor and another kitchen at the semi-ground floor, the villa can comfortably welcome up to 12 guests to cherish a multigenerational holiday break with loved ones.

External Living | Private Eco Pool & Outdoor Settings
This residence lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private eco swimming pool (1,50 meters deep) that can be heated with extra fee featuring sea views, also boasting an outdoor spa whirlpool features (6 seater), a 5m2 children’s pool (0,20m2 depth), fire pit, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area featuring a BBQ (Gas). There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises. For our younger guests there are outdoor playground to enjoy & a ping pong table. Some portable fitness equipment is also available during your stay ( yoga mats, free weights & met ball). The infinity pool & outdoor area features impeccable sea views.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views to the pool, sea & outdoor living settings, the villa radiates authentic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks every corner of this holiday home gifting them with their unique identity, with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This villa boasts beautiful interiors, in its 250m² indoor space. Featuring five bedrooms, Two Living-cum lounge areas & two fully equipped kitchens (one lays on the semi-ground floor and the other at the ground floor with direct access to the pool), this will be your family favourite holiday home. The villa can welcome 10 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the sofa bed located at the semi-ground floor level. The maximum capacity of this villa is 12 guests. 


Ground Floor
Living Room with a 65’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining areas • One Premium Twin Bedroom featuring two Single beds (0.90x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV & direct access to the pool area, the beds can be connected with a topper mattress to create a king size bed upon request and prior notice. The room also features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower • An additional Shared bathroom is located next to the living room area with walk in shower • Washing & Drying Machine are also available at this floor. • Stairs leading to the 1st Floor Bedrooms and to the Semi-Ground Floor. .

Semi-Ground Floor
Living Room with a 65’ Smart TV, Fully Equipped Kitchen with window ( no views). A PS5 is also available for some game time • Two Premium Double Bedrooms are located in this floor each featuring Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00), a 32’ Smart TV & an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and access to a small veranda (no views), - two more guests can sleep at the double sofa bed located in the room • Stairs leading to the Ground Floor & 1st Floor Bedrooms.

First Floor
Master SeaView Double Bedroom featuring a Queen Size bed (1.60x2.00) with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, 42’ smart TV & access to a balcony with Sea Views •Another Sea View Twin Bedroom featuring two single beds (0.90x2.00) with en-suite bathroom, walk in shower, smart TV & access to a sea view balcony.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space outside the Villa’s premises for up to two cars • The property is well-equipped with: 2 x Fridge with freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector. A PS5 is also available. Outdoor Playground & Ping Pong Table for some play time.
