Enjoy the elegant comforts and convenience of this exclusive residence set in 2.700m2 outdoor area, with a 1.000m2 lawn covered area. Take a dip in the outdoor heated 35m2 private swimming pool (with extra fee), embellished with in-pool heated Spa Whirlpool & children’s pool (0,50 meters deep), as well as embellished with sun beds, lounge areas and umbrellas. * the pool, children’s pool & whirlpool can only be heated together, upon request. BBQ facilities (gas Grandhall) are available outdoors, in order for you to enjoy culinary moments. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco shaded outdoor dining area. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot lounge area for an evening glass of wine. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.

Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy

- Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool, Children’s Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul. White-washed walls, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

While on the first floor, you will be welcomed by the three wonderful bedrooms, the former featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00), lightened up with natural light from the large windows, also offering a mini fridge and 42’’ Smart TV, while the latter featuring a Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV. Last but not least, the third bedroom boasts two single beds that can be joined to form a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) upon request, with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV. All of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms; walk-in overhead rainfall showers with cabin.
*A shared bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.

The Residence boast three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds.

Spend your summer days laying by the pool, enjoying mint-infused drinks, read your favourite book in the living room, or gather together around the al fresco kitchen, barbecue filling the air, as the day loses its heat and darkens to twinkling skies.

There is free secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for six cars. Convenient Electric Vehicle (EV) charger, allowing guests to recharge their vehicles easily during their stay. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine (capsules), Frappe Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, 3 Hair dryers, 3 Safety boxes (in the bedrooms), Mosquito nets, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.
