Thalasses Villas are four brand new luxury villas located in a quiet area of ​​Pigianos Kampos, just a few meters away from the organized and well-designed private beach.
There are two different types of villas in the complex. At the front villas "Toi" and "Perseis", which are single-storey, at the back two-storey villas "Eeanthe" and "Melia". All villas are designed to offer privacy with a clear view of the sea!
Elegance, functionality and luxury are harmoniously combined with an ecological conscience. The interior of each room meets all your needs along with your aesthetic taste, from the coco-nut mattresses, on which you will have the perfect sleep, to the private pools. Thalasses Villas are highly specialized and have details to satisfy your most demanding requests.

Villa Melia Villa

Melia offers 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people in beds. It is a two-story villa designed to offer direct sea views from the first floor bedrooms and the balcony.

Created and decorated to very high standards, in relation to the natural environment and with exclusive branded materials, as every detail matters to us! Kitchen countertop from "Compac", bedroom floors from "Kahrs", white marbles from Greece, water systems from Grohe, lights from "Augenti" and "Beca", "Schüko" doors and windows designed by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin ("Gubi dk") and the "Emu" designer Paola Navone are just some of the details that make this a very special villa.

Interior layout

At the entrance of the villa there is an open area consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen made of top-of-the-line fixtures. Open the doors to the terrace and connect the living room with the pool and the garden. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double if needed, this room has direct access to the pool area. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a king-size double bed and the main bathroom with a jacuzzi bath.

Outdoor area

Outside the villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with whirlpool and sun loungers. The pool has a pool alarm system for child safety. Next to the pool there is also a hot tub for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor seating area and a charcoal barbecue.
(Please note that pool heating can be used upon advance request and requires at least one week's notice.)
