Booked for three days. Only stayed the last day. When I arrived I noticed the safety entrance was broken to get to suites. When arrived I entered the code they sent me and it did not work. Strangely heard people inside my suite. I knocked then housekeeping came out. I asked why they were in there because it hadn’t been used. All they would say is (we do deep clean). OK strange…so they start to leave and I mentioned the code not working for the door. They responded (well it’s broken). Sooo you’re leaving me without access to the suite I say and then they just said (well take this key then. That just told me base camp couldn’t care less if I had access to the suite I rented. And 2 out 3 tv remote’s didn’t work either so my guest that stayed in the second room stared at the wall.

Great location in a quiet, friendly town. Hot Tub was good to relax in after a day of walking. Only negative was that the access code is sent via SMS and does not arrive if you have an international number, so we had to drive back to the main hotel on the other side of the town to get our code.

Property didn’t feel the safest around. Checkin was alright, staff didn’t really help us check in much earlier. Floors appeared clean but were super dirty. My baby who crawls had black knees, hand and feet from the dirty.

This is the first time we tried a staff-less hotel and the email communications were great. the hotel rooms are complete apartments (except no living room) and even have a washer/dryer. Excellent for skiers and travellers. there were 2 rooftop hot tubs with perfect temperature for those long tired days. Overall and excellent stay.

Basecamp Revelstoke is great - rooms are well designed, and very clean. Location is great - right downtown. Very walkable to restaurants and shops.

Disappointed at lack of flexibility for check-in. I understand the need for policies and procedures in place but with no explanation why early check-in was not granted for rooms that were ready is puzzling. Compounding the issue was no onsite office staff to assist. It was all done via texts.

The space was really nice, clean, and bright. The only negative is if you plan to cook in your suite. There were enough plates and cutlery but not one serving bowl and only one frying pan.

Nice place!

The only complaint I had was the breaker for the tv in the main bedroom kept switching off, and house keeping tried to enter our room at 8:45 am
