Excellent resort, would have been 5 stars if they hadn’t slapped me with a resort charge when checking out. I hate the stealth extras. Had not been informed and had paid room and taxes up front via Hotels.com

Very noisy room located across from the pool fitness center. The access door slammed constantly from 3p thru most of evening. Room lighting very dim. Room keys stopped working multiple times. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent housekeeping service each day. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. I was permitted a requested late checkout so that I could ski the morning of my departure.

They kept having room key problems the entire stay. They did switch out the locks once, and that was known and they gave me a new card. But then we had to keep using a second keycard to get around the buildings, and that keycard shut off as well and had to be replaced.
