On the ground floor, nautical tones and homely decor create a soothing atmosphere. In the lounge, a plump sofa and wicker armchairs invite you to take it easy with a good book from the bookshelf or film on the TV while a beautiful sash window and French doors drench the room in natural light. When the weather is good you’ll want to push open the doors and let the sea air breeze in. From the lounge, step through to the stylish kitchen with its terracotta tiled flooring and bespoke units. There’s plenty of room, so everyone can help prepare a delicious meal and then serve it at the family table seating four people. From the ground floor, stairs sweep up to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located. Featuring a double bed and two single beds, the rooms are generously sized and comfortably furnished with bedside tables, lamps, and wardrobes. There’s also a family bathroom on this floor. Outside, the courtyard garden is a pretty space overlooked by climbing roses and shrubs. It’s a tranquil spot to unwind with a cool drink at the end of the day.


With the sandy beach around 170 metres from your doorstep, you can enjoy a morning swim in the sea or a stroll along the pretty promenade. Admire the pastel-coloured beach huts then head into the town centre for coffee and croissants at a local café. Alternatively, take the footpath down to the harbour (0.5 miles) and watch the boats unloading freshly caught fish.
