Beachfront Villa Akti

Villa Akti is situated at the enchanting coastal zone of southern part of Rodos. The house is only 60 m away from the crystal clean sea. It is 4.2 km away from Gennadi village at the sea side of Eparhiaki odos Pilonas-Kattavias.
The house offers rooms on the first and on the second floors. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room with fireplace and a kitchen. All the house is air-conditioned, with internet access and satellite TV, local telephone.
On the first floor there are
1. a living room with a fireplace,
2. a bedroom with a big wooden platform double bed,
3. a bath corner with toilet,
4. a bathroom with basin and toilet
5. comfortable fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. 6. 2 big verandas facing the sea and the forest.

There is an inner staircase which leads to the second floor.

The second floor has
1. a bedroom with nicely decorated double bed which faces a marvelous view of the sea
2. a bedroom with two single beds
3. veranda facing the sea.
4. a big bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Villa can provide a baby-cot (free of charge).

Notice: If the number of guests is more than 7 persons villa can provide additional premises at the ground floor for additional cost which is to be paid on the spot. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, and a large living room area, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom.

The cleaning of the house and linen change once a week (no extra charge).
The villa has a swimming pool, a beautiful natural garden. The big cozy terrace is next to barbecue area, where guests will find a grill, sink with cold and hot water, dining table with chairs and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, etc) to make their party easy and nice.
On the way from the beach to the house there is an outdoor shower.
The villa has parking space enough for 2 cars.
At the fine pebble-sand beach our guests will find a private sun canopy with sun beds and sun chairs.
600 m away from the villa there is a beach cocktail bar, the guests can take a walk there along the sea line.
The villa is situated at the protected picturesque forest area bordering the sea, just 4.2 km away from the charming Gennadi village with its old traditional houses, narrow streets with taverns offering traditional Rhodian food. There is a supermarket offering meat and poultry, drinks, cheese, cold cuts and household goods, a grocery shop and a bakery at the central square of the village. There is also a Church, a pharmacy and the Medical First Aid Station.
Our guests can also visit Lachania village with its beautiful beaches, a picturesque place 5 km away from the villa. Prassonissi cape is an ideal place for surfing lovers...
Tourist Kiotari centre (shopping centre, restaurants, bars) is located 10 km from the Villa. To Rhodes town (the capital of the island) is a regular bus service from Gennadi.

Huvila tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön ulkouima-altaan, terassin ja grillejä. Huvila tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön myös puutarhan ja pyykinpesutilat. Vastaanotto on avoinna ympäri vuorokauden.
