It also has a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, large satellite TV and Netflix, dining room for 6 people, coffee makers for all tastes, Air Condition, table games and many more. The villa has the exclusive use of 600sqm of outdoor space, specially designed to meet all your needs. A terrace with a large wooden dining room, a deck with 4 sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful summer sun, outdoor shower, BBQ, and a 3.4m x 7m pool with a depth of 1.2m, that will delight children, but will also cool the grown-ups. A beautiful corridor is crossing the colorful garden and leads to the sand of the endless and yet almost private beach of Gennadi. In 50 steps you will find 3 permanent exclusive beach umbrellas with 6 beds to enjoy the deep blue of the Aegean Sea. We provide, free of charge, racquets, balls, inflatables, and a fishing rod to have fun at the beach.

All bedrooms have wardrobes, storage spaces, TV, full air condition, desk, Wi-Fi, quick wired internet to work with your laptop, safe. There is satellite TV with more than 300 channels and Netflix in the living room, so you will not miss your favorite TV shows. You are allowed to use all home appliances and any supplies (drinks, food, wines) are available in it, free of charge.
Direct access to the almost private beach, is not the only benefit of Villa Mary, although not many homes have this advantage. The villa is not in a wilderness where you need to drive 15 minutes to buy cigarettes. At about 100m you will find the Lounge Bar Café Sposa where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and snacks on the beach listening relaxed music, or order them to come to your accommodation. A 15-minute walk or a 1-minute drive away you will find Gennadi, the largest village in South Rhodes, where you can find everything you need for your supplies and your entertainment. There is a supermarket, an oven, a fruit shop, a butcher shop, shops with local products, as well as an ATM, a post office, a pharmacy and a 24-hour public infirmary. In the evening the village is full of tourists and locals, as there are taverns, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and bars.
Just a 20-minute drive away, is Lindos with its unique archaeological sites, as well as the romantic alleys that you need to walk in, especially during the evening hours. Unforgettable nightlife is also found in the Peaks (12 minutes drive) with several bars and restaurants with award-winning chefs. Also Prasonisi (25 minutes drive) is a place that will amaze you with its natural beauty, but if you are fond of windsurfing, kite surfing, and other water sports, you should try its world-famous "track". Last but not least, you should visit the nearby villages of Gennadi (such as Vati, Profelia, Lachania, Istrios, Monolithos ...), walk in the traditional alleys and taste local dishes.
Villa Mary is 1 hour drive from Rhodes Town, 20 minutes from Lindos and 25 minutes from Prasonisi. If you do not have a car, in 4 minutes you can walk at the bus stop, where you can get to the above destinations. At the accommodation you will find a map with all of Gennadi shops, as well as the bus routes for your better service.
