Located only 270 metres from the traditional village of Kattavia and 5 minutes drive from Prasonisi beach, Villa Panormitis is a ground floor villa consisting of two connected buildings: the main building (45 sq.m.) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building theres a seperate external bedroom (15 sq.m.) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and a wellness space (10 sq.m.) with hot tub* (optional service). This is a great facility which allows to the members of a family or to a group of friends to have their own privacy!
The 40 sq.m. private swimming pool is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). Its depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m, enough both for dives and swimming. The terrace has also sunbeds, table/chairs, pergola and BBQ.
Villa Panormitis belongs to Prasonisi Villas Complex, offering though absolute privacy and infinity view to the countryside.
*The hot tub is located at the backside of the villa and has seats for 5 people. Relax to your private hot tub by hearing your preferred music and enjoy hydromassage and chromotherapy. Our jacuzzi is heated and of high quality, equipped with waterfall and led lighting. Please note that this is an extra and optional service, which should be booked in advance.
