You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Superb family getaway, sleeps 8, pet friendly, south facing garden near beaches
SunnySands is a detached family house in a quiet location with a secure, south facing garden and off road parking. The living space is ample with a well equipped kitchen leading to a dining room at the front of the house which catches the morning sun. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat up to 10 people. The large table is also perfect for young guests to enjoy arts and crafts and puzzle enthusiasts on those dull days. We have high chairs for small children also. The downstairs shower room is easily accessed from the utility room and has a WC and wash basin. Through the hall is a bunk bedroom with triple bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). The lounge has large sofas around a flat screen Smart TV and there is a cupboard of board games and a toy chest to be enjoyed at the other end of the room.
The lounge runs in to a brand new sunroom with relaxed seating around a coffee table and table and benches for dining up to 6 people. The sunroom is south facing and perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. The large sliding patio doors lead to a newly extended patio with integrated seating plus additional furniture. The walled garden is private and secure, safe for children and pets.
Upstairs both bedrooms are double, the bedroom overlooking the sea is a super king and to the front of the property with views of Snowdonia is a king size. Both have bed side tables, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, WC and basin.
All the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. We supply duvets and bed linen but not towels. We have a travel cot and there is plenty of space for it in either of the double rooms or on a large landing.
To the rear of the house is a detached bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a small WC and basin adjoining the bedroom. This room is useful for additional guests such as grandparents or teenagers but it is detached from the house and therefore unsuitable for young children. There are three steps up to the room from the garden patio.
We do allow 2 well behaved dogs as we our dog lovers ourselves, but we do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and they are made to fully dry in the utility room before coming into the house. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.
