The first floor includes the remaining bedrooms, including a double bedroom with access to a terrace offering spectacular views, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The "super quad" room is ideal for older children or teens. The first floor shares a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, toilet, and sink, adding to the cottage's charm.
Step outside to the garden, which leads directly to the beach. The garden has a low stone wall that separates the cottage from Broad Beach, making it feel like your private piece of the beach. There is a hot tub available year-round at no extra charge. The property also includes an electric vehicle charging point (Tesla) and offers on-site parking for up to four cars.
