The kitchen boasts a double oven and double sink, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press. Large selection of cooking and baking essentials as well as glassware, dishware, and utensils. Full size front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry area. Bright and open living room has two couches, Sony smart TV, and dinette table that seats four or converts to a work station with views. Hardwood floors throughout. Incredible location on the southside of Richmond, mapped within Westover Hills West, adjacent and walking distance to Westover Hills and the iconic Riverside Drive. Local restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and parks (Maymount and Forest Hill) within a ten minute drive. Spacious lot with large driveway. Mature plants, one hundred year old shade tree, flowering camellias and azaleas. Historic with modern conveniences and nature feel. Sunny and pretty with ambiance. Lovely home.
