This BW was in disrepair, it was dirty, and noisy! For a company that has a presence in nearly 100 countries, operating nearly 4,500 hotels it would seem that BW would want to make sure that they all were brought up to the highest standard than this one was! Chipped paint, damaged furniture, dirty curtains, shower shelves falling off and a shower track that leaked! UNACCEPTABLE!

I enjoyed my stay and definitely would stay at this location again. There are two minor concerns: 1. There appear to be a lot of non hotel residents enjoying breakfast. I observed people walking from a job site across the street entering the hotel, preparing takeout breakfast and leaving. 2. The cleaning staff should knock on the door before entering the room. This happened on two occasions during a 3 day stay.

Good Enough

I have no complaints about our stay. It was just one night after a late flight and we didn't want to make the hour drive home. Would I stay here more than one night? I would say, no. But it served its purpose for the night we stayed. It was a little outdated compared to some other hotels we typically stay in, but it was also half the cost so there is a trade off I suppose. I'd recommend this hotel if you're traveling out of the Richmond airport and need to stay one night before or after your flight.

It was very run down, semi-dirty, not a comfortable bed, and the airport shuttle broke down the morning we needed it so we had to uber instead (the shuttle is why I booked in the first place).

Good for the money

We stayed in rooms 313 and 314. While the rooms were overall clean, the staff didn't check behind furniture as in room 314, we found a used condom. The bathroom door in 313 didn't lock unless you pushed on the door. However, the rooms and beds themselves were clean. The trash was taken out as needed, and the staff at the desk asked us how everything was every time they saw us. We stayed for 3 nights.

Nice staff but hotel is shady af

Trash on lobby floors, looks like people live in this hotel normally. Minimal oultets in room. Musty has strong odor, needs updated big time. Staff was nice.
