Goodness. I stay here twice a month so I’m tired of leaving reviews every time. But, you should stay here. Property is a bit dated and some furnishings are worn and need replacement. But, super clean, great breakfast, few shuttle to and from airport, comfortable bed, wifi works well, and staff is the best.

Older property that has not been maintained or cleaned well. Odor of nicotine and marijuana upon approaching the building. Did not have hot water. Not really even close to lukewarm. No soap, shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. Mold in the bathroom tiled. The dining area was below standards according to the health department. Very dirty. What we did appreciate: ability to park our car there for a nominal fee while we were out of town. And having a shuttle, take us to and from the airport. Sandston Virginia has very little to offer in terms of restaurant variety. Old town that needs a red redo.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk service was prompt and courteous . We needed another sheet and a blanket for a third person that traveled with us at the last minute and they were able to get that for us. Breakfast was pretty good but you could tell staff running it did not like their job. Other than her all staff was very nice and accommodating.

This is my third time staying at this property and this one is definitely the worst! Everything smells like fish and BO, one elevator is out of service, there’s no coffee in the lobby and the only tea options are green or black, which both have caffeine! Unpleasant Person at the desk too! This will probably be my last time staying here.

I would not stay here again

The hotel was not kept up well but the worst thing was the smell. The entire third floor smelled like cigarette smoke and Marijuana.
