The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a Smart TV, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own Smart TV. The separate living area offers a queen-size bed, a comfortable sofa, and a 55-inch Smart TV.
A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make the apartment convenient for remote work and business travel. The full private kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area. The apartment also includes a newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor apartment, including both bedrooms, the living area, full kitchen, and bathroom.
The front porch, backyard, and basement laundry room are shared with other guests in the building. The laundry room includes washers and dryers, and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.
Self-check-in is available through a smart lock. The access code and check-in instructions will be sent through the booking app before arrival.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
A maximum of one dog is allowed with prior approval. A $35 pet fee applies per stay. Cats and other pets are not permitted.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, excessive noise, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
