Debbie welcomed us at the front desk and gave us all the pertinent information, but she went above and beyond. The fresh baked cookie was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard. The pool and hot tub were clean as well.

Right off the Interstate Highway, so convenient. The check in was easy after booking online. Reception person was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent value!

Richard, the breakfast attendant was so sweet, helpful, and kind. He was the best part of the trip. Our hotel rooms were clean. Check in and out were easy. I personally did not think the beds or pillows were comfortable at all, but maybe it’s just personal preference.

It is a well-kept but old building. There's no elevator. The sign for the motel isn't visible until you're standing in front of it.

The property may be a bit off the beaten path in Richmond but the price is right and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hot tub was toasty with great jets and was very clean. The best part of my stay was the lovely, friendly front desk clerk who was extremely helpful and hospitable. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
