It is clean and fully furnished. If that is enough for you, you might be really happy with it, given its amazing location. However, if you feel uneasy without all the creature comforts, you might want to keep searching. It is a walk up on the third floor. I could not make the room dark to sleep in the morning, but in the evening, there is no way to brighten the place up. I recommend against drinking the water. It has a strong metallic smell and taste. The window unit AC is loud and doesn't even keep up with demand. Just hope it doesn't rain when you are trying to sleep. The way rain hits the building is incredibly loud, even in a mild downpour. Could really benefit from one of those extra wide shower curtains. The shower has very low water pressure.
