The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Please upgrade the floor in your pool area...it needs to be pressure washed/replaced. Your lobby is beautiful and inviting! I would stay at this property again:)

For this to be a Marriott-related property, it fell WELL BELOW standards I expected. This being an extremely hot summer, I was disappointed that the "courtesy bottles" of water were virtually nonexistent. The bed, although a king sized unit as requested, was more akin to an army cot...very firm mattress and extremely low. I think it literally consisted of a mattress on a bed-frame. Receptacles/plugs were unusable...need to be replaced or some type of insert added. Items plugged into the wall constantly ''dropped out'' of the wall plug! Bathroom facility (shower) did not have an exhaust fan. Steamy windows, humid inside the shower, and (worst of all) God forbid you needed to do a #2. Never experienced "that" before. All-in-all, the Hyatt (or any for that matter) would have been a better choice. Definitely will never use "this" Marriott again. Very Disappointing!!!!

They accused a guest of having open containers and bar area, guest was upset of accusation and call staff member an idiot, and he was kicked off the hotel for that… I believe they could’ve handled this better… staff member came back to bar area and laughed about kicking out guest. Staff member Looked Samoan not sure but verbal skills were very bad Bar Tender with tattoos on arms had us get our own drinks from Bar, where everyone else was getting service on their tables. We also were told to close our tabs at Bar while everybody else got close tabs at their tables.
