Our room was dirty. There were used washcloths hanging from the shower, it looked like there were feces stains in the bathtub, the fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling, the toilet paper holder was broken, the refrigerator had water all at the bottom of it, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and on the wall in the bedroom, and the safety lock was broken. We stated our concerns to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care and said that was our room when we asked if we had accidentally been given someone else’s room as it didn’t look clean. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there and asked my husband to put a chair in front of the door to feel safe since the one lock was broken

It was a decent hotel. The bathroom wasn't great. The shower creaked and moved as you moved in the shower. Plus, there was no soap tray in the shower or any shelf for your own toiletries, which is very strange, and gross. The beds were actually comfortable though.

Not enough cups nor regular coffee in the room. Breakfast was varied and good; liked the soft, steamed breakfast potatoes in particular. Excellent to have breakfast served at the same time everyday to avoid confusion. Needs a shelf in the shower for soap bar. No body wash dispenser. Shower leaked big time (recaulk?). Microwave turntable no longer turns. Daily towel refresh and trash pickup were very good. Most of the black outlets in the room do not work. I think the face plates were put on without punching out the holes first... headboard, phone shelf, etc. Always nice to have an indoor pool.

Watch out for hidden fees w/no explanation

Hotel was clean and bed was very comfortable. The only issue I have is that once I checked out and payment was finalized, there was a charge for $20 with no explanation to my form of payment. No one at the property retuned my calls or emails.
