Breakfast was impressive ….but Took a shower & the floor flooded due to no lip or not enough lip on the apparently sloping shower floor No hair dryer & no blankets, no more in stock toilet stopped up late at night & could not be cleared, nor did we want to get dressed & allow stranger in if available —-& not likely based on the prior requests—that late at night. Questionable character loitering in & outside lobby, whom (after I inquired) office attendant said he was calling about Ice machine was in the next building , which required crossing the parking lot. Desire a refund or some compensation bc this was rated 9,4!!

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The suite was very large. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. One thing I recommend updating - the light in the "living room" area was too small light and it was kind of dark in that area. One thing I recommend totally getting rid of - the clock that had a bright light around the bottom rim! What's the point of having great black-out curtains in the bedroom when that clock light was SO bright?! I had to put 2 towels over the clock at night so it wasn't so bright in the room! But overall, Stay Over Suites is really nice, a good value, and a great location if you're visiting someone at Fort Lee!
