The room was very spacious and had almost all we needed to cook a few dinners. The refrigerator was not an American full sized refrigerator, but still big enough. Our teenagers slept on the sofa bed well and my wife and I slept on the king sized bed nicely.
The suite was spotlessly clean and had all the basics needed to cook a meal or do laundry. We were so comfortable there, that we decided to stay an extra night even though it is a little pricey.
Guest services were generally quick to respond to questions via email. They weren’t able to help us figure out how to operate the thermostat in the suite, but thankfully the on site front desk was able to come to the suite and help.
Overall, I would be very excited to stay at the Steveston Waterfront again!
This is a wonderful property. Thanks to the staff for our early checkin. It was nice to spent a quiet new year on the sublime Steveston waterfront. Quite a contrast to downtown Vancouver. I/we will be back!
Location is excellent, loved having a kitchen. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great. Did not love the fully digital check-in experience; access key never worked and it’s confusing arriving in the dark and having to sort it all. Was approved for a late checkout but code still turned off at original time so couldn’t get back in room. Hugely prefer having human contact! But still an overall good experience.
Room was spotless and modern. All the comforts of home. Washer dryer nespresso machine dishwasher fridge and stove. Great area with boardwalk and great restaurants close by. Only thing to check in winter is make sure heat is unlocked. We were not aware til 1:00 am that the heat thermostat had been locked and we had to call for assistance. It was only hiccup. Would definitely stay again and recommend for families or couples. A crib was also provided with no problem. Check in and out was pretty convenient with no problems. Bed was comfortable and housecoats and umbrellas were provided also. Thank you sooo much for a great stay!!
Did not receive check in link till well after 4… had to keep calling to get code for door: had requested early check in and never got in till after allowed check in. And never got a call like they said they would call: There were 4 people and only 2 face towels. For 275 for one night it was very disappointing .
