Renovations and repairs were taking place while we were there. Some facilities, restaurant and wine bare we're not operating. AC has to be set cold and condensation made the tile floor wet. Shower had mold. Nice beach location.

Our garden room had a outside table and chairs. The Morning sun shade and wonderful pool and beach landscaping.. Was outstanding. The food left a lot to be disired. Fortunatly Ricon has many dinning rersturants , have a reservation for the resturants. We will Return !!

I paid over $3300 for a week in a king size poolside suite. What I got was a room under the lobby , while the were renovating. Every morning I was awoken by the construction workers banging furniture and scaffolding on the lobby floor, hence my ceiling.. the ice machine didn’t work all week. And the pool filter wasn’t on for two days, hence the pool turned green and was slimy.when I booked the suite, I expected to be next to the pool , not under the lobby and all the noise…..

Great location on the beach can't be beat. About a 15 minute walk to the charming town of Rincon. Although it's clean, with nice grounds, it's a far cry from what you would expect for luxury hotel pricing.
