Evening check-in person needs to be more personabl

The hotel is a year old, clean and comfortable close to the highway. The check-in person in the evening had absolutely no manners never said hello never said good evening never said can I help you. Didn’t show us where the elevators were. Didn’t talk about the Internet, didn’t tell us anything about breakfast or times. Overall hotel stay was friendly with other guests, but definitely check-in needs to be more hospitable.

Thanks to Ed, who greeted us upon our arrival and Jennifer upon departure. Clean facilities, comfortable beds, choice of pillows in the room. Nice lighting at the bathroom mirror. The only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. This is a pet friendly hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Not a ton to do but beautiful town with some good restaurants.

This is a very nice place off the interstate but very secluded. Very quiet area, almost kind of private like. Whenever I’m in town and need somewhere to go, this is where I like to go.

I screwed up and booked the wrong night through Expedia. Long story short, the front desk agent, Chris Harris helped be handle it with no pain or hesitation. Standup guy for sure. And the place is nice, clean, and comfortable.
