Estacionamento foi ok. O café da manhã era farto mas sentimos falta de uma indicação dos bolos, tipo de que é cada bolo e o tempo para o café deveria ser maior, tipo de 7h às 10h. Os funcionários da recepção são atenciosos mas alguns são enrolados para resolver alguma pendência. O tempo de espera de um pedido no restaurante é um absurdo, parece que não tem experiência no ramo. Por outro lado, quero agradecer ao gerente da recepção, por atender meu pedido de mundança de quarto.

Equipe: Em virtude de comentários do site, fiz solicitações à pousada antes da minha hospedagem falando dos mosquitos, da cama e de outras reclamações citadas. Infelizmente, não se deram ao trabalho de me responder. Também, por conta da grande quantidade de mosquitos, solicitei à gerência aerosol e me foi dito que não havia na pousada. Quarto: Em relação ao quarto, a cama é muito ruim, péssima. Antes de ir, estava ciente de relatos da cama ser dura, porém, no quarto 13, onde fiquei hospedado, a cama era muito mole. Quase caí à noite pela borda e não tive boas noites de sono. O quarto não é confortável, muitos mosquitos, travesseiro pequeno e incômodo. O espelho do banheiro estava quebrado, bica com água fraca, instalação elétrica aparecendo. Porém, ar-condicionado, Wi-Fi, TV smart com canais a cabo e frigobar novos e funcionando muito bem. Café da Manhã: Muito bom! Muito farto, muitas opções de bolos e salgados. Sanduicheira funcionando, nova e em boas condições. Equipe de limpeza atenta e fazendo o asseio a contento. Sem reclamações quanto a isso. Pousada em geral: A pousada está crescendo de forma desordenada. É possível ver que obras estão ocorrendo em concomitância com as hospedagens. Os quartos precisam melhorar muito, estão sem conforto. A área comum é boa, com piscina, churrasqueira e banheiro comum. De forma geral, a pousada é razoável; poderiam verificar o conforto melhor dos quartos e a aparência da pousada internamente não é bonita.

O quarto é ok; mas a pousada se recusou a oferecer água potável para beber à noite, oferecendo para eu comprar apenas. Além disso, eu não esperava ter que dividir o espaço com pessoas que estavam em day use; preocupação!
