CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM. If you need early Checkin or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help! On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of LGPD. Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the devices and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family. If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
