In accordance with local regulations and property rules, after confirming the reservation, the main guest must provide a valid identity document for themselves and for all participants in the stay.



1. Access to the property is allowed only to registered guests. Additional people not previously communicated through the platform are not allowed.



2. The number of guests must correspond to what is indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be requested through Airbnb or Booking and approved before arrival.



3. A security deposit of €983 (nine hundred and eighty-three euros ) is required to cover any damage to the property, furnishings, equipment or violations of the regulations. After confirming the reservation, the data for the payment of the deposit will be provided according to the methods allowed by the platform or by the agreed method.



4. The deposit will be returned after check-out, within the technical times necessary to verify the condition of the property. In the presence of damage, extra costs or violations of the house rules, the corresponding amount will be withheld.



5. The guest making the reservation is responsible for the behavior of all participants in the stay and undertakes to:

- respect the property

- observe the house rules

- comply with local and condominium regulations.



The costs are all indicated in the cost of the reservation. The only ones that are to be paid locally are the consumption of electricity. This cost being very low, depends on the use of the air conditioner, we left it aside at the discretion of the customer.
