Funcionários educados e solícitos. Hotel silencioso e limpo. O colchão não é muito bom, mas dá para ter uma boa noite de sono. Ar condicionado antigo e fica pingando nele a água do ar condicionado do andar de cima fazendo um barulhão. Acho que o hotel deveria dar uma atenção para isso, mesmo porque é de fácil correção. Boa localização próximo ao metrô e supermercados. Eles disponibilizam álcool gel em diversos locais do hotel, muito bom para esse momento.

Cheguei no hotel me informaram que tinham separado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro sendo que tinha pedido uma cama de casal, pediram para eu aguardar-se 10 minutos para poderem arrumar um outro quarto até ai tudo bem, subimos pro quarto chegando lá eles haviam juntando duas camas de solteiro, fora que os lençóis estavam encardidos, a cama tava com um buraco, o travesseiro era duro, os utensílios estavam usados, o quarto só cheirava a quiboa.

Pelo preço, parecia ser bem melhor

A recepção foi seca, direta, sem sequer um sorriso. O cheiro de cigarro permeava todos os lugares do hotel, inclusive o quarto. Os travesseiros tinham cheiro de suor e havia um papel de bala entre o lençol e o edredon (ou o que quer que fosse aquilo que fazia as vezes de edredon). A cama parecia ter um pé menor que o outro, pois eu me virava no colchão e a cama balançava fazendo barulho. O café da manhã é bom e a proximidade com o metrô, o que quase compensa o resto.

O atendimento na chegada e na saída foram péssimos, o hotel foi reservado e pago no ato da reserva, porém o recepcionista alegava que a diária não havia sido paga previamente ligando várias vezes ao quarto e ameaçando ter que deixar o hotel. Ao entrar no quarto haviam baratas. Não foi tomado o café da manhã suspeitando da higiene.

Hotel simples, porém muito bem organizado, limpo e agradável. Eu e meu marido voltaremos COM CERTEZA! Já moramos em Hotel Residência em frente ao mar na Barra da Tijuca e esse não fica devendo em nada com relação aos bons serviços,mesmo sendo modesto. Quarto mais bonito do que descrito nas fotos. Ar condicionado bom,cama muito confortável, roupas de cama nota 10. Funcionários extremamente educados,todos muito solícitos e respeitadores. Café da manhã acima do esperado,com alimentos deliciosos e frescos. Grande variedade de pães,iogurte,frutas,etc... e excelente atendimento. Ambiente bem decorado,higiene e limpeza,assim como a manipulação dos mesmos. Recepcionistas(o EULER em especial),mensageiros,o Alvinho do período da noite,enfim,foram sensacionais comigo e meu marido. Só temos agradecimentos e elogios!

Primeiro me colocaram num quarto que fedia a cigarro. Quando abri a janela, o parapeito estava imundo, tinha ate um sutia velho jogado. Um horror! A recepcionista chegou a exitar em me trocar de quarto, mesmo diante de tal situaçao. Me transefriu pra um outro quarto, que pelo menos nao estava fedendo. Nesse novo quarto o lencol nem cobria a cama direito e estava velho e desbotado. Ao tomar banho, o banheiro ficou alagado. O acesso ao quarto nao eh por cartao, e sim por chave, o que ja revela a modernidade do hotel. O cafe da manha eh pauperrimo e o local em que eh servido eh minusculo. Enfim, foi um pesadelo! E a diaria nao eh barata, assemelhando-se, por exemplo, a do ibis que fica perto do santos dumont.So fiquei nesse hotel pq moro perto e precisei dormir fora por problema no apto em que moro. Devia ter ido pro ibis.
