Our 3-bedroom paradise has been fully renovated and is 2 blocks from the stunning Leblon beach, 5 minutes to the Leblon Shopping mall, with a subway station in front of the building. The flat is situated in a gated community in the heart of Leblon that offers a private football field, barbecue / party area and a playground. Absolutely perfect for families and large groups. Beautifully decorated by one of the top architects in Rio de Janeiro. Please note that we require that guests submit a copy of identity documents for all persons included in the booking one week prior to arrival. Guests that have not submitted identity documents will not be allowed into the property.

We had an excellent stay over Christmas and New Years . Very thankful for the host being exceptional ly accommodating for our early arrival and late checkout, was a big help! The apartment is in a very convenient location with metro right in front and luxury mall around the corner, 2 blocks to beach. We even walked home from fireworks on NYE in Copacabana. Overall, a very comfortable stay, everything is clean and whole apt. is well appointed. A perfect place to stay in Rio, highly recommend
