Boa Localizaçao / pessimo apartamento

o apartamento está em um estado de descuido imenso, com as paredes todas sujas, camas em pessimo estado, a cama auxiliar esta com pé quebradoe o colchao fica torto, o colchao da cama de casal esta parecento uma tabua, o ar condicionado nao refrigera em nada... A localizaçao foi otima, deu para ir a pe para o parque com uns 8 minutos de caminhada (economizando o estacionamento do parque de 55 reais) , o condominio é bacana, a area das piscinas tambem e o pessoal que trabalha sao otimos.

Estadia maravilhosa. Apartamento muito bom com tudo que você precisa. Geladeira boa, ar condicionado e ventilador ótimos.
