Comfortable 40 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the ground floor of a building without a lift. The accommodation is located in Riomaggiore, the first fishing village of the 5 terre, reachable from the station in 15 minutes on foot. The beach can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes via a path of steps.

The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette that becomes a sleeping area, a bathroom and an outdoor area.

The apartment is organized as follows:

-LIVING AREA with double bed, double sofa, coat rack, chest of drawers, TV and table with chairs.

- KITCHEN CORNER with 2-burner induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and moka.

-BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

- OUTDOOR AREA with dining table and umbrella.

OTHER SERVICES: air conditioning, unlimited wifi, hairdryer, iron, clothes hanger and clothesline.

The Cinque Terre area one of the most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas of Liguria. This area is characterized by the presence of five ancient seaside villages of rare beauty overlooking the sea: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. A regional train service connects the 5 villages with an average frequency of 3 trains per hour.

The property is located in Riomaggiore, a village dating back to the 7th century, just 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the station. Among the main attractions of the village, it is worth mentioning La Via dell'Amore, a path that connects Riomaggiore to Manarola, famous for its enchanting and unforgettable views; the church of San Giovanni Battista, in neo-Gothic style, built in 1340; and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260, which stands on the mountain spur that separates the oldest part from the village built near the station and enjoys a wonderful view.

A mini-bus service allows you to reach the Marina.

To better visit the Cinque Terre, we recommend purchasing the Cinque Terre Card (which also allows access to the trains that connect the five villages).

- Castle of Riomaggiore: 15 minutes on foot;

- Via dell’Amore (start): 15 minutes on foot;

- La Spezia: 20 minutes by train;

- Portovenere: 30 minutes by car.

- Dau Cila (restaurant): 7 minutes on foot;

- La Conchiglia (bar): 8 minutes on foot;

- Coop (supermarket): 10 minutes on foot.

- From Pisa-San Giusto airport, it is possible to reach the property in 1 hour and 20 minutes by car (98 km). Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, from which it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale station, where it is possible to take the train to Riomaggiore station, about 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- PAY ATTENTION: From La Spezia Centrale station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Riomaggiore station, about 10 minutes UPHILL on foot from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is NOT possible to reach the property by car.

Street parking is available on the last two km of the road going down towards the town (it is NOT possible to park in the last 200 meters of the road towards the center as these parking spaces are reserved for residents). Alternatively, it is possible to park in the autosilos located near the centre (located before the bars that prevent access to the centre).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located in the pedestrian area and can only be accessed via a public staircase in Riomaggiore. If you arrive by train, from the station you need to move near the Church of Riomaggiore, from which the staircase starts. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car (for a fee) on the SP32 provincial road from which to go down the steps, or park (for a fee) at the Silos 50m from the center of Riomaggiore and access the house by climbing the public staircase. In both cases, the walk takes about 10 minutes. Possibility of porterage service (for a fee) from the center of Riomaggiore in case of help in transporting suitcases.
