Other things to note
-You may see an outdoor cat that lives on the property to help keep mice away. It may come into the garage to eat but generally keeps to itself.
-Depending on the time of year there may be swarms of bugs, including Mosquitoes. Keeping the doors closed will help limit the number that get into the house.
-Please be aware that Idaho's weather can be unpredictable. In winter months, we recommend a 4X4 vehicle to access the property. There is always a chance of snow blocking the drive, but maintenance will work to clear it and limit disruption to your plans.
-Enjoy our heated indoor pool, available by request for $150. Perfect for year-round relaxation in a private, climate-controlled space. For guest safety, the pool area is monitored by a security camera. Book in advance to enhance your stay!
-Each Adult (18yo and older) must sign the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form to engage in any activities on the property. The link to the form will be sent through messages immediately following booking.
