You’ll also have access to the Parrot Tree Plantation community beach—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the beach is not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax.



Important Note: The community pool is temporarily out of service.



Electricity Charge

Electricity is not included in your stay. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and usage is billed at $0.40 USD per kWh. Charges will be calculated and billed at the end of the stay based on actual consumption.

Very nice house, well-maintained and pictures are totally accurate. It is very comfortable and pleasant. The pool and the view are also great. We rented a car, which seems to be a must if you intend to visit a bit the island or explore different beaches.
