THE SPACES
This apartment is located within the hotel complex called PRINCIPE MARMOLADA in block "A". It is located on the third floor that you can easily reach with the lift. It has a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people. The view of the cable car is wonderful. It also has a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. The top of the bed is usually not used as the bed is very high and the remaining space towards the ceiling is small. The bathroom is complete with sink / bidet / toilet and shower.

THE POSITION
The property is located right in front of the start of the Marmolada cable car and is an ideal starting point for the most beautiful ski areas (Arabba-Marmolada, Sellaronda).

From the Queen of the Dolomites - the Marmolada - passing through the Padon, the Mesola, the Cime d'Ombretta, the Migogn and the Piz just to name some of the mountains that you can admire. Lake Alleghe, just 14 km away, a mirror of water at the foot of Mount Civetta, offers a breathtaking view of the town and its woods. Lake Fedaia turns red every evening and welcomes the placid image of the Marmolada marking the border between Belluno and Trento, between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige. The Lèch di Giai, a natural alpine lake, is the destination of one of the hardest and most scenic treks in the area and around it the legend of the Eivane is told.
