Unique location and traditions: The house is located in a residence with a swimming pool, the first on the Costa dei Trabocchi, in one of the most authentic districts of Rocca San Giovanni, where you can walk among the ancient fishing machines: the Trabocchi. Here you can stop and talk to local inhabitants who have fascinating and adventurous stories imbued with memories to share with visiting guests. They know the sea, their faithful companion, the secrets of the winds and the strong and gentle sweetness of the Abruzzo land.

Comfort and relaxation: The apartment is on the first floor of the Residence Il Giardino degli Aranci. Here the rules for accessing the pool are precise, and we always invite you to contact us before Check In to provide important suggestions for enjoying your stay in complete relaxation. Once in the house, remember to always connect to the wifi.

The house, perfect for 4 people, consists of an equipped kitchen and dining table, laundry area, a double bedroom and another with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower.

To reach the structure's parking, you can access through the remote-controlled gate and leave the car in the parking space communicated during Check In.

To access the apartment, you must climb a staircase. The apartment's balcony is for exclusive use of guests, while the pool is shared with other residence guests.
