The hotel is very accessible to all Mayo Clinic buildings, breakfast needs improvement, other than that everything ales was very good!!!

Room was not clean, old, clearly needs renovation, the shower had p-hair, the beds and sheets were clean, carpet had stains, room had a moldy smell. Parking is underground, once you are in, you will find no way to backup, and then you are hit by the ground clearance sign, they should make it more clear, before charging you an arm and a leg for it. And though you can get a small SUV in, the parking is really designed for comapct or subcompact cars. Outside its location, i would not choose this hotel again..

Nice people but condition of rooms old and beat up bed was terrible . They have a great location have stayed there before nothings been upgraded since the 80s or early 90s. I'll be staying somewhere else next week when i go back to Rochester.

We weren't able to stay all 4 nights as my husband was admitted to the hospital for 2 of the nights we were checked in. We also didn't get to experience the free breakfast buffet, but at no fault to the hotel.

Everything was good. But the hotel charged me 120 dollar extra. When i arrived they made a deposit for the room, 174 dollar. But the morning i checked out the frontdesk charged my card for 120 dollar. I returned and asked the frontdesk why. I could show that my card was charged a third time. The desk promised to solve the problem but I havn't got my money back 1 week later.
