Run down hotel that is conveniently located

Cons: Hotel is old and run down. Toilet didn't flush in my room, no outlets near bed to charge phone. Looked behind nightstand for an outlet and found 10 years worth of dust. Mattress was thin and hard. Parking garage is tight even for compact car. Pros: is literally right across street from Mayo Clinic Charlton building with subway access that is super convenient especially in winter.

The hallways to the rooms stunk like mold and mildew. The wallpaper was coming off and there was black mold behind it. DO NOT STAY here!

The parking is extremely tight and limited in space. There is two way driving down and up on the parking ramps…dangerous when it’s a narrow trail!
