Everything from the time of check in was awful. The gentleman at the front desk was not accommodating to our needs. He said he would check with the boss, which he never did. We went three days without housekeeping services after asking multiple times and being given the runaround. The ice machines were down the entire time and they also did not provide ice buckets. We had family members who are disabled and not easily able to access going to the dining area for breakfast and the man that was there got mad because we took her food in the room. Not to mention, the breakfast was awful. We were finally able to speak to a manager, however, nothing got better.

The man who checked us in was great and super friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and fun for kids. The room was god awfully filthy and smelly. It smelled exactly like a dirty litter box, haven’t experienced that at a hotel before. The bed skirts and curtains were also yellow stained and there was something brown/yellow and sticky all over the A/C. 0/10 for cleanliness.

There were homeless coming into the hotel, doors to enter and exit were propped open by large rocks and broken off key entry boxes. Bags of garbage piled up in the conference area. None of the 4 ice machines worked. Staff was difficult to understand.

I found a couple cockroaches in my room, I was able to kill one. Common areas not cleaned, lobby bathroom toilet not flushing and looked like someone dumped food in the sink or threw up. Homeless people around. Husband di research an this chain apparently rents a number of rooms to the State to be used for the homeless so basically it doubles as a homeless shelter.

Hot tub was out of order. No pool towels. Couch pull out bed was nasty. Ice machines were broken. Coffee was gross.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Worst experience at a hotel we didn’t even stay the night. Rooms were unclean, stains on the bedding and towels, garbage under the beds, stains on the wall, hot tub was broken, loud unruly guests knocking on doors and running in the halls.

The front desk worker seemed like I was bothering him when I checked in. There were only 3 towels in our 4 person room. There were zero towel in the pool area. The breakfast was poor. And the hot tub was down. Not a great place to stay.
