The hotel location was perfect for us. Not in town but lose enough to drive to the far end of town in 20 minutes. Since it was south of the town it was quiet for sleeping. We didn't hear any noise from the hall or the rooms around us. There are dining options close (walking distance) or if we drove within 5-10 minutes away. Also if someone wants to see a movie there is an IMAX theater walking distance from hotel. We had a great stay for the night.

Our room could have definitely been cleaned better.. we found previous guest trash under the beds and the carpet was so sticky it turned our feet black.

Pull out bed in sofa was broken , toilet wouldn't flush right since checked in , sticky bug traps where kids can get to them , rooms not cleaned , things and garbage from other people who stayed in room as if it was just swept under beds.

Our room had an order to it that would go away, the tv/dresser cabinet leaned forward and the drawers were always open because of that. The coffee maker in the room had something in the water tank. Beds were fine heating and cooling fine. Staff did not seem to care when I mentioned it to them.

Good value for the price.

Comfortable beds, dog friendly, clean, friendly front desk staff. Room smeeled like smoke (but the staff can't control other peoples rule breaking so whatever.) Great location with lots of food options and nice walking paths. Not the best hotel but good value for the inexpensive price!
