Great access, could use better internet.

I like the outdoor access to room for unloading each day. My only request would be a higher speed internet! It isn't bad, but may BW Hotels have better.

Hotel staff at the front desk was great. We arrived early and got into our room. It didn’t have a fridge so she moved us to another room. Floor was sticky (we washed it) toilet had urine on the back of the seat and there was dead ants. We never got housekeeping despite us putting up our door sign in the 4 days we did stay. We ran out of toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee and our garage was full. Went to the front desk and was given supplies and clean towels and told housekeeping would be by the next day. Never did. We decided to leave a day early. To get hot water we needed to run the sink and bath for about 5ish mins. The pros was friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great breakfast.
