The kids never stopped loving the HP theme. I thought they would get over it quickly but even on the last morning, they were still wearing their assigned house robes as dictated by the Sorting Ha and waving their wands around. It took me a second to figure out how to get into the hidden room which was fun. The large deck, firepit and chairs were wonderful and got lots of use. We didn't get to watch an outdoor movie as the projector was missing a power cord but the owner was unaware. He attempted a next day replacement delivery but it was the wrong one. No doubt it will be remedied asap. The hot tub could use a new lid as it was hanging by a thread and thus needed a good cleaning each day. But still usable. Nice, attached decks with comfy chairs to enjoy a morning coffee. As for hiking, Rockbridge was very close and was better than expected.A great stay for any Harry Potter fan.

The property was exactly as listed! My four kids, ages 9-16, enjoyed all the activities and wished we had stayed more than 2 nights. The cabin was easy to get to and an easy drive to grocery, food, and the park itself. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had a fantastic time in the Hogwarts Hideaway! Both kids and adults had a blast discovering all the wizarding elements of the home and it was less than 30 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park. We would definitely stay here again! The kids especially enjoyed the loft bedroom and the outdoor challenge course.

The location was private and secluded. The cabin was well stocked with all the necessities for a short stay. It has many different activities for young teenagers. We loved the Harry Potter theme.

Girls weekend

I have stage 4 cancer and my sisters and nieces have taken care of me since I was diagnosed. I wanted to treat them to a girls weekend as a thank you. Your cabin was wonderful we had a few harry potter fans that fell in love with it. We were very thankful for the generator after losing power, but nothing better than sitting on the porch watching thunderstorm. Thank you for everything and I would highly recommend this cabin

Amazing stay!

We stayed a weekend here with some family for my daughters birthday and had a great time! There are so many games and activities to do at the cabin. The kids enjoyed all the hidden areas of the cabin and playing outside. The host was very responsive and kind. The cabin is located within 20 minutes to Hocking Hills state park and verybeasy to get to. We cant wait to return to this cabin!

Magical Family Retreat

We were enchanted with this cozy cabin from the moment we walked in. The HP theme is so cleverly thought out - kids and adults, wizards and muggles alike delighted in discovering all the details. Great hikes in the nearby Hocking Hills followed by a hot tub soak and watching HP in front of a warm fire - exactly what we needed!

Amazing stay

The kids could not get enough of the Harry Potter theme and talked about it the entire ride home. So many awesome surprises not mentioned in the description and so much property to explore. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Old Man's Cave and there was also a grocery store within 10 minutes. Highly recommend for any Harry Potter family.

Went above our expectations!

So much thought and creativity went into the theming of this cabin. There are so many cute surprises that aren’t in the listing of this cabin and the kids loved discovering all of them. Also this rental has so many activities and games provided by the host that we made the best of a rainy night by just enjoying the property.
