Realized at check-in that we had the wrong room booked. Easily upgraded at a reasonable price. Washer and dryer worked well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small deck great for morning coffee. Located on the river with a nice walking path.

Disappointed on check in that the card was not assigned correctly and we could not get in to the room and had to go back to reception to have this corrected. I think could have been handled more professionally like she'll assign new cards and bring them up..

The room was not ideal I have stayed Previously and loved it. Last nights room was small, layout of the lounge and the verandah was small. The room was advertised as duluxe and as it was a special occasion didn’t meet up to what i was expecting. If we had been allocated a room on a higher level we would have got a carpark allocated we had no say about what floor we were on
