The Space:
BEDROOMS

This spacious Red River Gorge cabin rental was built for large groups and families in mind! There are two levels with 4 total bedrooms, 3 of which have private ensuite full bathrooms:

Room 1 (lower level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom
Room 2 (lower level): 1 queen bed
Room 3: (upper level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom
Room 4: (upper level): 2 queen beds with full ensuite bathroom

In addition, there is 1 half bathroom located next to the main living area.

Pack n play available at cabin.


GROUP SPACE

With large bright windows towering over the open plan living room and dining area, this is the perfect space for groups to gather after a long day hiking Red River Gorge or to cozy up on a winter cabin getaway.

The living room features seating for the entire group with 2 large comfy leather couches, arm chairs, fireplace, and 55` smart tv.

The dining area can seat up to 14 people comfortably with a dining table for 8 plus 2 smaller eating areas for 6 people.

There`s also a bonus lounge space upstairs where a smaller group can gather, play games, or retreat to read a book in a corner nook.


OUTDOOR AREA

The cabin has ample outdoor space featuring a wrap-around deck with a hot tub on one side, the lake in the front, and access to the outdoor eating area with chairs, tables, fireplace, and BBQ grill.


PARKING

The property has a concrete driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 4-Wheel drive not necessary but may be preferred due to the steep driveway.



AMENITIES INCLUDE


- Fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.) We recommend purchasing firewood locally to avoid invasive species entering the area.

- Tranquil location located in the premier Cliffview Resort area. near Red River Gorge! Rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, sight-seeing, and much more can be found nearby. Popular attractions such as Natural Bridge State Park, Nada Tunnel, The Gorge Underground, Miguel`s Pizza and more are less than a 20-minute drive away!

- Dogs permitted; maximum 1 allowed. $100 pet fee. Dogs need to be crated if left at the property alone.) Pet fee does not automatically add to your balance, please contact us to apply after booking. (No cats allowed due to owner allergies)
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
