Our stay here was amazing. Our room was nice and clean. The customer service was top tier. Rian checked us in and Jed helped us out as well. Both of their service was so great! When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country and had a really great experience. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a modern feel and a very cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs — the food was surprisingly good. The location is perfect for exploring nearby wineries, and it’s close to the Graton Casino too. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Overbooking by hotels.com?

When we arrived around 8pm, the front desk Jed told us that our room that we already booked 2 months in advanced no longer available. We booked a 2 queen beds room. Instead they gave us a 1 king bed plus a sofa bed. I asked why did you have our room away? They said it’s hotels.com fault to over sell the available rooms. We booked the hotel for 2 nights. Luckily we insisted on the original 2 queen beds room for the 2nd night and another front desk Ayushi helped us, she made sure that we get the 2 queen beds room. We are not too satisfied with the whole situation. The hotel blamed hotels.com for the over booking.
