This was a comedy honestly. The building itself is newer/nicely renovated. There's nothing wrong with it. But we had a room that was certainly not cleaned so they moved us. None of the phones were working. SO had to go up and down elevator a million times to do anything (order food, ask questions etc.) The power went out. The wifi didn't work. Our bathroom smelled of weed. It was honestly hilarious. I think it may just be a growing pains thing but damn it was one thing after another.

One of the elevators has had a broken button to get to the lobby for quite awhile now, i'm not sure why it isn't getting fixed. The Parking fee is being handled by an outside company which is quite complex, not sure why this changed but it certainly isn't better than having the hotel charge you. The bar has changed the beverages available, and it's quite limited.

Yes, the young man at the front desk when the power was out did and outstanding job. He keep his composure amid the chaos and handled the guest complaints. Kind of surprised as a Hilton Honors member, I have not heard from Hilton regarding the situation.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Although the room appeared recently renovated, nothing worked properly - neither the heating, the outlets, nor the coffee machine. We plugged in multiple devices overnight and only one successfully charged. Customer service and the dining experience were even more disappointing. I ordered breakfast to go and was told it would take 15 minutes; it took over an hour. The restaurant was severely understaffed, with one overwhelmed waitress and a single cook attempting to manage a steady flow of guests. Many guests waited 15+ minutes without acknowledgment and eventually walked out. After finally receiving my order, I called the front desk to request a brief extension to our checkout. The man at the front desk said flatly No. When I explained the delay was because it took so long to receive our breakfast, he sighed loudly and reluctantly granted a 15 minute extension and said not allow a minute more. When I checked out at exactly 11:15 a.m., the same man was on a personal call. He barely acknowledged me, telling me to “just leave the keys,” then resumed his conversation, saying, “Sorry, it was a guest.” This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

The Hotel lost power for several hours, not their fault, the whole area was out for several hrs. The FDM on duty did at good job at keeping us informed as we gathered our valuables and hung out in the lobby where I knew there would be some light (generator) until the electricity came back on. However, the TV never was operable after the power outage. We were told it was a bigger problem and there was nothing that they could do to remedy the situation. We will stay here again, great location to Grayton Casino and an easy drive to River Rock Casino.

I was staying in room 201, right next to the stair, very noisy and I cannot even sleep in the whole night. A few hairs on the toilet bowl and q-tip on the floor. It didn't clean thoroughly. I won't recommend to stay in that room.
