The 1st floor offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sea view as well as an en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.

After a change of ownership in the spring, parts of the furniture were changed, so the decoration/curtains in the living room were changed, the carpet and the wooden side table were removed. Essentially, however, there have not been any major changes and all the beds have been renewed. The washing machine is now in a bathroom. New photos will be created at the end of April 2022.

The terrace and the pool area are equipped with attractive garden furniture. There is a large dining ensemble with an awning and attractive teak sun loungers.
The pool area is slightly lower than the terrace and from all pitches you can enjoy a beautiful view of the undeveloped landscape to the right and the sea.

The pool has a free form (4.50 x 9.00 x 4.50 x 3 m, depth 1-1.80 m) and can also be heated against a fee.

The property is gated and three to four cars can be parked within the property.

The property received a 4-star categorization by the Tourism office.
