Located on the hillside, Villa Bastidou 4* offers a breathtaking view of the Saint Tropez peninsula and the surrounding wooded hills of Les Issambres.

This 180 m2 villa gives you the possibility of accommodating 12 people in its 6 bedrooms. Ideal for a big family or several couples.

The villa is fully airconditionned.

The large heated mirror swimming pool of around 10x10 offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. You will find all the necessary equipment for relaxation (deckchairs, bath towels, tennis table) as well as an outside toilet.

A beautiful terrace borders the swimming pool and in a green setting, a ceramic table (6 people) allows you to have breakfast facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Under the sun-sheltered terrace, is an outdoor dining room (for 12 people) and a large gas plancha barbecue.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped American kitchen and an indoor dining room (for 8 people).

Going up a few steps, you will find 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite shower, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and 1 separate WC.

On the upper floor with direct exterior access, there is a master suite with its desk, sofa area and sea view - level access to the panoramic terrace, as well as 3 other bedrooms (including 2 sea view) each equipped with a private shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The villa offers a large panoramic terrace on the 1st floor, with independent access from the ground floor, where you can sunbathe, contemplate the sea from its stone bench and admire the sunset during the aperitif. Also accessible from the master bedroom and a second bedroom.

The house has just been renovated.

For your comfort, beds made on arrival, towels, pool towels and cleaning at the end of your stay included.

Sehr schöne Lage. Leider etwas karg auf der Terrasse. Der Pool war leider auch nicht in Ordnung. Wasser war grün statt blau. Konnte der Poolmann nicht in den Griff bekommen. Villa bräuchte dringend einige Ausbesserungen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer und Betten waren auch ok.

August 2023 family holiday

A lovely Villa with beautiful views over the Gulf of St Tropez. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy meals in the outside space overlooking the pool prepared in the modern kitchen. Air conditioning throughout was a blessing when the temperature outside was 40 degrees C +! Just a 5 minute drive to the seaside town of Les Issambres with shops, restaurants and even a regular ferry to St Tropez. A lovely villa in a wonderful part of the world!

Excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. Vue magnifique sur la baie de st tropez lits faits et draps en suffisance est un vrai plus chambres grandes et pratiques, climatisation fonctionnelle, grande et belle cuisine, espace extérieur (frigo, evier, toilette) pour profiter un maximum souci avec la piscine réglé dans la journée, ... Tout a été réuni pour que nous passions de très agréables vacances.

Ideal place for large family

We enjoyed the spacious house, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful seaside view. Place is very quiet and we enjoyed the privacy of the garden and pool. Access to parking might be difficult for sportscars or XL SUV. Was ok for VW and Mercedes Van.

Great villa and location!

The villa was very clean and had everything you would need for a holiday with a large group - a real home from home! Accommodation suited us well - we were 8 adults and 3 teenagers. Location is great and the views were spectacular. The host was available for any questions prior to the holiday and the property manager was available if required throughout the stay (he was not required because all was good!).

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen in diesem wunderschönem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Außenanlage mit dem Pool war ein Highlight. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig. Besonders die Küche und die Küchenausstattung muss erwähnt werden. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, alles sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Gerne wieder.

La villa est agréable et plutôt bien équipée. Petits bémols: - les huisseries sont vieillissantes, ce qui n'empêche pas de passer un bon séjour - une grue nous gachait la vue durant le séjour - l'eau de la piscine était plutôt trouble en dépit de deux passages du pisciniste (mais il y avait eu un orage avant notre arrivée)

Overall disappointing

There were cameras everywhere, even in the bedroom. When the property was handed over, it was unsanitary and dirty. We had to buy cleaning utensils, clean the bathrooms, kitchen and garden ourselfs for over two hours. Problems with the kitchen sink occurred on the second day. Water leaked from the sink. The on-site manager repaired the smelly sewers all Sunday afternoon. 2 entire days form our 7 day vacation were lost. We were able to prove everything with photos. Still no willingness from the host to reduce rent. Location and view of the house were very good.
