Very quiet setting on a hill, Detached villa with panoramic sea views, swimming pool (8 m x 5 m), large terrace and two balconies. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking spaces on the property. Satellite TV, gas barbecue.

Located about 1.5 km from the sea and 2.5 km from the center of Issambres.

On the ground floor a large living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm wide), an Italian bathroom and a toilet. All rooms have sea view. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. The upstairs bathroom has a sink and shower. A separate toilet. Washing machine.

A staircase leads from the living room to an open mezzanine with a sofa bed and a balcony with a panoramic view of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël. In addition to the mezzanine another bedroom with sea view, a bed (140 cm wide) and a single bed as well as a bathroom with bath, WC, sink and Air conditioning.

The swimming pool is covered by a mobile shelter, which absorbs the heat emitted by the sun.
The water therefore remains warm even in the post-season.

Recommended place to stay

Beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. And within 10 minutes down for beach and town. We know this area well and have enjoyed the house; simple and good and everything is there. The pool is great and big enough for family to swim in. The hood is nice for the shade. The contact with the owner and concierge were very quick to respond, nice and accurate. Air conditioning in 1 bedroom and 2 fans in the other. All in all a recommended place to stay.

Das Haus mit dem Traumblick

Haus liegt hoch oben auf einem Hügel und man hat einen unfassbar schönen Ausblick. Man ist am Rande zur Natur und deshalb auch für Hundesitzer perfekt gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d'Azur zu entdecken. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit gedecktem Sitzplatz und gepflegtem Pool (wurde 2 Mal pro Woche gereinigt). Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ich würde den Besitzern empfehlen über eine Renovation der sanitären Anlagen in nächster Zeit nachzudenken. Die Doppelbetten in den drei Schlafzimmern sind sehr schmal (im Hauptschlafzimmer gab es deshalb ein Zustellbett, sodass man eine angemessene Breite hatte).

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage in diesem Haus mit mit großartigem Blick über das Meer und die Buchten. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt, ebenso die Liegen und die Terrasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nice View!

Insgesamt hatten ich und meine Partnerin einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Die Lage bzw. die Aussicht ist einmalig und ganz klar der allergrößte Pluspunkt. Leider hat nur 1 Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und die Ausstattung ist leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt altmodisch und zusammengewürfelt. Dafür gibts einen Punkt abzug. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Ein Auto ist Pflicht zur Versorgung mit Allem was notwendig ist, da das Haus ganz oben auf dem Berg liegt. Ein Supermarkt ist unten am Ort vorhanden und gut sortiert. Zusammenfassend empfehlen wir das Haus für ein(!) Pärchen inkl. Hund weiter. Für eine größere Gruppe oder Familie ist es auf Grund der fehlenden Klimaanlage in allen anderen Räumen weniger empfehlenswert.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa La propreté et l’entretien étaient globalement discutables (assiettes sales, micro-onde en panne, les extérieurs pas très bien entretenus, chaise cassée, voile d’ombrage défectueux). A notre point de vue, la maison, aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Sinon bonne situation, très calme avec une splendide vue et une piscine propre.

Magnifique

Très belle et grande villa, sécurisée et propre. Un coup de cœur pour la mezzanine et les deux balcons qui offrent deux points de vue sur les baies voisines (Saint-Raphaël et Sainte-Maxime). Grande piscine propre et entretenue durant la semaine. Point de vue superbe sur la mer. Villa située au calme, sans vis à vis. Un grand merci à Corinne pour son accueil et sa disponibilité!

Maison bourrée de charme avec une vue à couper le souffle. Grands espaces à vivre, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en compagnie de nos enfants qui ont adorés. Le propriétaire de la maison est très disponible et à l’écoute de vos moindres besoins. Bravo.

Endroit magnifique!

Un propriétaire très â l'écoute et qui nous à proposé et offert des jours avant pour éviter les bouchons du samedi. Vue magnifique et tranquillité de l'emplacement. On a été très bien reçu par Corine la personne responsable sur place qui est très active sur nos besoins sur place. Je conseil cette propriété au vacanciers. Ruhige Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick!

Wir hatten 14 tolle Tage in einem sehr sauberen Haus im französischen eingerichteten Stil mit guter Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung. Eines der Schlafzimmer hatte eine Klimatisierung, dass wir sogar bei 33 Grad gut schlafen konnten. Die Aussenanlagen lagen absolut uneinsichtig und wir hatten trotzdem einen wunderschönen Blick auf Meer! Das in der Anzeige beschriebene Objekt entspricht absolut den vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten...
